1. Incoming Material Inspection

2. In-Process Quality Control

• Routine inspection during plate making, cell assembly, sealing, welding, and final assembly operations
• Process checks for polarity, connection integrity, electrolyte filling, and assembly accuracy
• Monitoring of critical production parameters according to internal inspection standards and product specifications
• Immediate handling of abnormal findings to help prevent nonconforming products from moving forward

3. Finished Product Inspection

Every finished battery undergoes final inspection before release. The exact test items may vary depending on the product type, such as lead-acid starter batteries, motorcycle storage batteries, RV and marine batteries, construction machinery batteries, or lithium-ion battery packs. Our goal is to confirm that each product is ready for practical use and meets the required quality expectations.

• Visual inspection for appearance, labeling, workmanship, and general condition
• Dimensional and assembly checks to confirm product consistency
• Functional verification and performance-related checks subject to product specifications
• Review of critical quality points related to safety, stability, and application suitability

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is an important part of quality control, especially for export shipments. Before products are dispatched, we check packaging condition, labeling accuracy, and shipping readiness to help protect batteries during handling and transportation. This supports smooth delivery for distributors, wholesalers, OEM buyers, and project customers.

• Confirmation of correct product identification, markings, and package information
• Inspection of cartons, pallets, and protective materials for shipment suitability
• Pre-shipment review to help prevent damage, leakage, or mislabeling during transport
